Just launched these so demand is flooding in. I need to get a lot more material and try to keep up. IF you are not desperately at the stage of needing this, please refrain from ordering or emailing, so I can get these to people who are at this state.
$250 shipped is just the Transmission Tunnel (2 pieces) any adds ons will be additional options and added price.
This is not a skimpy 18g tunnel most everyone sells. We use 1/8 base and 14g top. It will add good structural integrity.
There is a bead roll in the firewall that the flange on upper piece will fit perfectly in.
There are no instructions yet but you can moch it up and trace. Id cut very conservatively at first.
Will have several options for cut away tops and bolt on tops eventually. For now it should ship in two pieces. You would weld or bolt the two top sections together. I would suggest bolting the larger section to the top front piece. If fully bolting on you will need to drill holes through the Top Upper piece into the larger base section. You could weld nuts on bottom or use riv nuts.
Will also offer under seat tunneling. This will be needed in most cases if you run my engine mounts on the higher setting, or are doing air ride. You can see in one of the pictures. This current one is 5" wide by 19" long (this is the under seat section) this will add $50. IF you need more (in rare cases doing air, mounting 3" off frame or using a large driveshaft, you may need to tunnel all way out to bottom of cab). That piece is not available yet but will probably add $30 more.
This tunnel should accommodate up to a 4l80e, most 5 speeds. I have not tested it on a 6L90 yet (they are def a bigger transmission)
