Features include all our suspension parts, arms, 4 link. Swap kit, accessories for raised bed, air tank, compressors. Stripped and coated 4wd rear end, all new brakes. Typically on these we use blazer parts. The front brakes are dual piston calipers (nice upgrade) .
For air ride blazer drop spindles ($450) retail alone. But they allow a much bigger brake than traditional s10. Drilled slotted rotors. Stainless brake hoses. NO brake line or fuel line ran.
-5 gallon air tank, dual viair 444 compressors, raised bed kit, can include an air management bracket (no air management included) we can add that.
-our RFT kit installed with Tanks inc universal 16g tank (no pump included)
-new shocks and beefier front end parts )11/16 rather than 5/8) aluminum tie rod sleeves
-air lift 2600 bags up front, firestone 9000 bags in rear.
The parts value on this air ride frame alone is about 12k. (minus wheels).
-Frames are blasted an powder coated, along with all our production parts.
-We use expensive parts on these builds. These are not super budget builds.
-Rear ends are used, typically gone through some. We do warranty the rear end.
Airride frame had a ton of hours in it. Well over 100.
This coil frame has around 60hrs (10 of which are final assembly)
The time sourcing all the frames, rear ends, ordering parts. Stripping, prepping, installing, moching up a body, tear down, re assemble etc. Do the math. the hours are inevitable. Go price any other chassis on the market with a rear end, fuel tank, air ride or coil over. You will be over 25k easily.
The coil frame will have a fuel tank (not in pic). It currently has s10 spindles, can add blazer spindles and brakes (extra). wheels can go with this one. It also has a manual steering box, which if using a big AD truck wheel, it should turn great. We can add power box if needed. The patina truck with flag in back is the same coil frame we had it set up for moch up to show the stance. When no weight is on frame it sets high.
The Green GMC truck was first coil frame we did. Customer is a seasoned hotrod builder. Said it is the best driving truck he has ever had!
Air ride frame sold for 18k. The coil frame depending on your options can be around 16k.
