IF you have a shortbed s10 frame 2wd aka 108.9" wheelbase and want to swap a 3100 aka 1/2 ton AD truck you need the 9" ext kit
9" EXT KITS ARE STOCKED. $150 SHIPPED. This is a heavy duty kit weighing at 20lbs. This will extend a shortbed S10 chassis 108.9" to my suggested WB of 117". This will require welding. Some of it will bolt on to get you started. Made in house with USA steel. Green GMC truck pictured is using ext kit, is the infamous pigpen truck as seen on Faster with Newbern and Cotton and Roadkill.
Building a 3/4 ton truck on s10 frame? see below 3 options
4" Ext kit are $65 and used on an extended cab s10 122.9" wheelbase and will yield a 127" wheelbase which is ideal for a 3600 aka 3/4 ton swap.
19" Ext kit $175 shipped. Is a 19" extension used with a shortbed 108.9" frame yielding 127" which is ideal for a 3600 aka 3/4 ton swap. This system is slightly different. You get the 19" sections and then 2 smaller c channels that go inside of frame (overlapping where frame halves meet).
9" Ext kit $150 shipped can be used on a longbed s10 117.9 yielding a 127" wheelbase
which is ideal for a 3600 aka 3/4 ton swap.
